Cancellation Policy
Booking & Rescheduling Policy To ensure a high-quality training experience and manage class availability, we adhere to the following policies. Please read them carefully before booking. Course Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in any class. This deposit is applied toward your total course fee. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled class without any prior communication (a "no-show") will result in the complete forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that schedules can change. Therefore, we offer a one-time rescheduling option under the following conditions: - All reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. No changes can be made within the 48-hour window. - Clients may reschedule their class one (1) time only. The rescheduled class must be booked and completed within 12 months of the original class date. - All rescheduling is subject to availability in other scheduled classes. - If a client fails to reschedule and attend a class within the 12-month period, the deposit will be forfeited.
